Candidate data handling
Candidate access is free at launch. Candidates control what they submit and can request correction or deletion.
What candidates provide
Candidate data may include name, email, headline, resume details, work history, skills, tools, salary expectations, availability, location preferences, work authorization, GitHub, LinkedIn, portfolio links, and application answers.
How profile data is used
AppliedHire uses profile and application data to help candidates apply faster, show relevant proof sources, compare role requirements, and generate fit signals for roles they view or apply to.
AI tagging and prefill
AppliedHire may use AI to structure resumes, infer role families, summarize experience, tag tools, and suggest profile fields. Candidates should review and correct generated fields before relying on them.
Employer visibility
Employers can view candidate information connected to applications for their roles. Candidate data is not sold to employers as a general contact list, and access should stay tied to hiring workflows on AppliedHire.
Data candidates should not submit
Candidates should not submit Social Security numbers, government IDs, medical details, protected-class information, confidential employer data, or any information they are not allowed to share.
Correction and deletion
Candidates can request correction, export, or deletion of their profile and application data. Some application records may be retained for a limited time when needed for security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
