We use information to provide the product, structure job briefs, support matching and shortlist workflows, prevent abuse, communicate with users, improve the service, and satisfy legal or security obligations.

Sharing

Candidate application and profile information may be shared with employers for hiring purposes. Employer job information may be shown to candidates and site visitors. We may use service providers for hosting, analytics, email, payments, and AI-assisted processing.
