Equal opportunity and accessibility

Last updated: June 2026

AppliedHire expects employers to evaluate candidates lawfully, fairly, and with human review.

Platform expectation

AppliedHire is designed for practical AI hiring workflows. Employers must evaluate candidates without discrimination and must not use protected-class criteria or proxies in postings, filters, interviews, or selection decisions.

Employer responsibilities

Employers remain responsible for their own hiring process, including equal employment opportunity compliance, interview accessibility, accommodations, job-related criteria, and lawful candidate communication.

Accessibility requests

Candidates and employers can request help with accessibility barriers, form access, application issues, or alternate communication paths through the contact route.

AI and automated tools

AI-assisted tools can create risk when used without review. Employers should treat fit signals as review prompts and should consider candidate context, accessibility needs, and job-related evidence.

Enforcement

AppliedHire may remove job posts, restrict accounts, or investigate reports involving discriminatory language, unlawful criteria, harassment, impersonation, spam, or other conduct that undermines trust.
