Terms of service
AI-generated fit signals are signals, not decisions. Employers remain responsible for human review.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using AppliedHire ("the platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users: candidates, employers, and operators.
Employer responsibilities
Employers warrant that posted roles are genuine open positions, that compensation ranges are accurate and current, and that they have authority to hire for the role.
Employers may not use AI-generated fit signals as the sole basis for hiring or rejection decisions. Fit signals are review prompts, not employment decisions. Discriminatory use of fit signals is prohibited.
Candidate responsibilities
Candidates warrant that submitted profiles and applications are accurate and represent their genuine skills and experience. Misrepresentation may result in immediate account termination.
Candidates may not submit applications on behalf of other individuals without explicit written consent.
AI-generated content
Role structures, fit signals, interview questions, and skill assessments may be generated by AI models. These outputs are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional HR advice, legal assessments, or employment determinations.
AppliedHire makes no guarantee of accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content. All outputs should be reviewed by qualified personnel before acting on them.
Payments and refunds
Founding employers can post a controlled-launch role for free. Optional paid support, add-on, cancellation, and refund terms are shown before purchase and may vary by scope.
If optional paid support is purchased, contact billing@appliedhire.com with billing or refund questions.
Prohibited use
You may not use AppliedHire to: post fraudulent job listings, scrape platform data, circumvent access controls, distribute malware, or violate applicable employment laws.
Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination and may be referred to appropriate authorities.
Limitation of liability
AppliedHire is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppliedHire is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, including lost employment opportunities or hiring decisions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA.
