Use of AppliedHire

AppliedHire is provided to help employers post AI-related roles and help candidates discover relevant opportunities. You agree to use the service only for lawful hiring, recruiting, and job search activity.

Employer responsibilities

Employers are responsible for accurate job postings, lawful hiring practices, non-discriminatory evaluation, and honoring compensation, role, and contact claims made in listings or communications.

Candidate responsibilities

Candidates are responsible for providing accurate profile, resume, work sample, and availability information. Do not submit information you do not have the right to share.

AI-assisted features

Matching, fit scores, brief rewriting, tagging, and shortlist rationale are decision-support features. Employers remain responsible for final hiring decisions and compliance with applicable laws.

Launch-stage service

AppliedHire is evolving quickly. Features, pricing, availability, and workflows may change as the product is validated and prepared for broader launch.
